Angelot Villa, hereinafter called "AV", acts as the owner of the property for rent. The payment of a deposit for the rental housing should be taken as confirmation of the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Rental.


1. Booking process

Upon receiving confirmation of availability, a deposit is required to secure booking. If the booking is made within 30 days before arrival, full payment of the rental amount is due upon booking. No rental agreement exists until funds are received.


2. Payment

The payment of the deposit must be made by international bank transfer (bank charges are applicable administration). If the deposit payment is not received by AV within 7 days of booking, the reservation will be canceled and the owner reserves the right to award the property to another person.

The balance of the rental amount is due the day of arrival the guests. It must be made in cash and in Thai Bath. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment of the rental amount is due at time of booking. This is applicable for all seasons.


3. Deposit

A deposit you may be required with the balance payment. It is used to cover the cost of any damage or breakage during the lease term housing. It can also be used to cover the cost of using some paid services. If no damage or breakage is found, the amount of the deposit will be returned upon departure, less the cost of paid services.


4. Insurance

The guests must be covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delay, loss or damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance also taking account of the evacuation and repatriation.

The owner will not be liable for claims and accidents associated with the use of infrastructure housing or services purchased locally through third parties such as jet ski rentals, motorcycle, car etc ...

All valuables left in the accommodation shall be the sole responsibility of the guests. The owner will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal items. By acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of rental, it is assumed by the guests that this requirement is and will be respected in its entirety.


5. Registered Guests

The number of people staying in the Property, including children (except infants under two years with agreement of the owner) must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the property description (unless special permission of the owner). If the owner finds that the number of people staying in the Property exceeds that of the reservation, it may, at its discretion, ask the / extra people to immediately leave the house.

The small pets are allowed with prior consent of the owner.


6. Arrival and Departure

AV will be informed of the arrival and departure of the guests at least 5 days before the date of installation in the housing. Early arrival and / or late departure guests will be possible only with the prior consent of the owner and the availability of housing.


7. Conduct and behavior

The receiving person from the booking confirmation will be responsible for the correct and appropriate behavior of the guests staying in the Property. If a guest behaves in a manner considered inappropriate, the owner may, at its absolute discretion ask to the guest to vacate immediately the premises. In such a case, a cancellation of the original booking will apply and no refund can be claimed.

It is also prohibited to act illegally and in no way to enter, use and / or consume illegal substances into the property. Any possible offenders will be brought before the local authorities.

Guests will also be required to be ever vigilant about the actions of each and especially children, who should never be left unattended. It is for each guest to assess the risks of all action. The damage or injury resulting from an accident will not be the owner's responsibility.


8. Standards and local conditions

It is understood that infrastructure, local standards and conditions are often less developed nature in a remote resort location than in more urban environments.

As much as possible, the owner will try to correct problems that may occur, but can in no way be held responsible for any problems beyond its control.

It will not be liable for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond their control such as the breaking of the water supply or electricity, civil disturbances, fires, floods, extreme weather conditions, government decisions, etc ..


9. Cancellation by guests

All cancellations that will occur prior to arrival will result in the loss of the initial deposit. Any cancellation after the total payment will result in the loss of full payment. Early departure (reduced length of stay) will be the subject of any compensation. It is strongly recommended that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover.


10. Cancellation by the owner

Although it is unlikely that the owner has to make changes to confirmed arrangements, this can happen, however.

If, for any reason beyond its control (damaged or unusable property), the owner is unable to provide the booked accommodation, a cancellation of booking will apply and a refund (bank transfer fees deducted) the amount paid for Rental housing will be made.

The owner will not be liable for any further obligations or claims to be issued.


11. Governing Law

The Terms and Conditions of the aforementioned rental and reservations to which they apply are governed in all respects by the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. Only the Thai courts will have jurisdiction for claims and / or disputes relating to rental housing.


12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Rental

All guests who have paid a deposit and / or payment in full of the rental amount, are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Rental. The receiving person in the booking confirmation accept the Terms and Conditions of Rental on behalf of all guests. The accommodation can vary style, equipment or decoration.
