Rates quoted for up to 2 guests per room (children under 2 years not included - Cot supply on request).

Extra bed for child on request: extra 400 baht per day

 

Prices include the rental of the room, sheets and towels provided, water and electricity consumption, WIFI internet connection, tea and coffee during your stay, a cleaning service 6/7 days, linen change every 7 nights a change of towels every 4 nights (with possibility of extra supplements), access to common-pool jacuzzi to guests and owners, access to shared outdoor kitchen to the guests.

Breakfast as at home: 150 baht per person

Airport transfer: 600 baht per transfer

Scooter rental from 200 baht per day (conditions apply)

The reservation will be confirmed after the payment of a 30% deposit, the balance will be fully paid on the day of arrival in cash and Thai Baht (see terms and conditions of rental).

If the booking is made within 30 days before arrival, full payment of the rental amount is due upon booking. 

For a reservation of the 4 rooms, the integral amount will have to pay at the latest 1 mont before the date of arrival.
